Testimonial from ngoc

This training has exceeded my expectations. The facilitator was playful with so much knowledge to share. I can’t believe I can stand up and be confident speaking and teaching in front of a class. I feel confident, knowledgeable and stronger. This course was not only about teaching ‘asana’ (yoga postures) or how to become a teacher, this course was also about understanding and strengthening your mind, and to let go of any fears. Just so many amazing things that I cannot describe in words. This training has given me confidence to be a great and safe Yoga Teacher. Jennifer, you are a visionary, a bright light and gift. I really appreciate your mentorship and guidance. Thank you so much!
